The Ministry of Health, today announced...thus confirming the story of an escaped PSYCHIATRIC/MENTAL WARD PATIENT. He is said to be roaming around the town creating disturbances everywhere he goes. He is described to be always carrying a bamboo stick with a thread atttached which he claimed to be a fishing rod. STRANGELY enough...there is an old (STINKING) boot tied to the other end of the thread....which he claimed is his PRIZE WINNING fish, a GT (Giant Trevally) which he had caught while fishing at the drain just infront of the psychiatric ward!!!! He goes around town CLAIMING TO BE THE UTMOST AUTHORITY in ALL KINDS OF FISHING TECHNIQUE!!!!! HOWEVER, in reality he has never fished in his life DUE TO HIS CHRONIC MENTAL INSTABILITY which will make him very prone to fits/seizures which could be triggered at any time. The general public is hereby advised to INFORM the nearest POLICE STATION or any Government Hospital if they come across this particular guy. He is also easily identifiable as he is introducing himself as Mr. GILA pancing! It was also assured that he is not dangerous or violent BUT VERY IRRITATING!!!!!!! Especially when he misses his medications to threat his CHRONIC MENTAL INSTABILITY .... generally known as UBAT GILA!!!!!! He will aslo be claiming to have studied Physic with having a Bitish Expatriate teacher as a tutor....while in reality he didn't even complete KINDERGARDEN....which explains his inability to even spell simple words....let alone COUNT!!!!! HE will also be having great problem in understanding thus will tend to misinteprate even the most simple of conversations He will be froothing at the mouth or BEBUYAH MULUT as in the local dialect. Has been known to be talking very highly about himself while all those claims are totally BASELESS/UNTRUE/CAN'T BE VERIFIED!
