We are member of the club and request to revaluate Pg Rahman and his barbie doll to be removed from the club. We dont find them useful. They dont carry the level of being a professional employe of a hotel.......

Are you any better than the past Manager ? Do you do things in the double standard system or in professional way ? Who is always correct, you or customers ? How do deal with staffs who is double standard ? How do you take action on staff who is rude to customers ? Do you teach your staff not to serve customers ? Is the service of the hotel for VVIP's only, not others ? Is this the system created by yourself or the staff that you fear more than customers ? Is the staff in the sports club the same people ? I wonder are just like them or will you the 1st to show to the region what Empire is and what can it deliver. All this years money has been spent on adverts for the recognition of the hotel but we get crap service.

What kind of management do you have that is above the members say at the country club ! Members should be given high class services from you all. Now its the managers how is in power then the members ? I paid to be a member to be given respect, priority in service to me and my family. Basically been served like VIPs just like the system Prince Jefry would except it to be when he made this 7 star hotel ! I have to look for service, NO one at the changing room, NO plastic bags for my guest to put in their dirty cloths after golf, all they say not enuf staff and cutting cost...... This is rubbish ! If the GM wants to cut cost. All the directors level salary should be revised and not pay more then what they do ! To many new foreign managers, WHERE do you get the budget to pay them but no money to buy plastic bags, tooth brush, hair brush,slippers etc. If there was how am i meant to ask when no one is around ! Change to a professional management la. This one is so double standard

Amin, balum kau kan tukar orang lama lama di Jerudong atu. Pg Ibrahim, Hj,Hj di sana atu kan simpan lakat di sana. Kelulusan pun nada, cakap ingris pun tungang tebalik. Its is time to bring in young and educated brunei's to work there. Unless you need to be transfered. This is an advise.
