BEBOLA UDANG ESPANYOL Bahan A 300 gm isi ikan 300 gm udang basah Bahan B 6 keping roti sandwich (direndam di dalam susu, diramas sebati dan diperah) 2 ulas bawang putih (dicincang halus) 1 s/kecil serbuk paparika 1 biji lada merah (dicincang halus) 1 biji telur garam dan serbuk lada hitam dan putih secukup rasa segenggam daun ketumbar (dicincang halus) minyak masak (untuk menggoreng) sedikit bawang goreng Cara Menyediakannya 1. Kisar isi ikan, udang, cili merah, serbuk lada putih, serbuk paparika, serbuk lada hitam, garam dan gula. 2. Bahan - bahan yang telah dikisar dicampurkan dengan roti yang telah diperah dari susu, serta campurkan sekali daun ketumbar dan bawang goreng 3. Bentukkan menjadi bebola padat, goreng di dalam minyak panas sehingga bertukar warna kekuningan. 4. Hias dan hidangkan panas.
