OPOR AYAM SIAM Bahan Utama 1 ekor ayam (dipotong 8 bahagian) Bahan A 4 helai daun salam 4 cawan santan pekat 2 s/besar kerisik 4 biji tomato 8 biji belimbing buluh 1/2 biji limau nipis garam secukup rasa Bahan Rempah (dikisar) 3 s/besar ketumbar 1/2 s/besar jintan halus 1/2 s/kecil serbuk kunyit 6 hiris lengkuas 2 batang serai 10 biji cili merah 4 biji buah keras 10 biji bawang merah 2 biji bawang putih garam secukup rasa Cara Menyediakannya 1. Perapkan ayam bersama bahan rempah dan air limau. 2. Masukkan ayam yang telah diperap tadi ke dalam kuali, kemudian masukkan santan dan masak sehingga keluar minyak. 3. Masukkan kerisik, garam, daun salam dan buah tomato. Masak sehingga pekat.
