MI BANDUNG BAHAN-BAHAN: 500 gm mi kuning - dicelur 300 gm daging - dipotong 300 gm daging ayam - dipotong 300 udang 200 gm taugeh garam dan minyak masak 2 sudu besar cili kisar 3 ulas bawang putih - ditumbuk 5 ulas bawang merah - ditumbuk 1 mangkuk stok ayam 4 sudu besar sos tomato 2 sudu besar sos cili 1 sudu besar sos tiram 4 sudu besar kacang tanah - ditumbuk halus 1 biji limau kasturi 1 biji telur Sedikit sawi, cili merah, daun sup dan daun bawang - dihiris CARA MEMBUATNYA: Panaskan minyak masak dalam periuk Tumiskan bawang putih, bawang merah dan cili kisar hingga garing Masukkan stok ayam - biarkan mendidih Masukkan sos tomato, soso cili, sos tiram dan garam - biarkan mereneh perlahan-lahan Masukkan kacang tanah, udang, ayam, sawi dan telur Masak selama lebih kurang 2 minit Cara menghidang: Masukkan mi dan taugeh ke dalam mangkuk Tuangkan kuah panas hingga penuh Bubuh cili merah, limau kasturi dan daun bawang
