MIHUN SOTO BAHAN-BAHAN: 1 ekor ayam (jangan dipotong) 1 bungkus mihun (dicelur) 20 ketul begedil 3 tangkai daun bawang } dihiris 3 tangkai daun sup } 200 gm taugeh garam dan air secukupnya BAHAN-BAHAN (A) YANG PERLU DIKISAR: 1 sudu besar ketumbar 1 sudu kecil jintan halus 1 sudu kecil jintan kasar 1 sudu kecil lada putih 2 batang serai 15 ulas bawang merah 5 ulas bawang putih 5 biji buah keras sedikit lengkuas, halia dan kunyit hidup BAHAN SOS KICAP: 12 - 15 biji cili padi 1/2 cawan kicap manis 1 sudu kecil gula pasir 1 ulas bawang putih Celurkan cili padi dengan kuah soto dan kisar dengan bawang putih. Campurkan kicap dan gula CARA MEMBUATNYA: Masukkan bahan(A) dalm periuk yang berisi air secukupnya. Masak hinggan mendidih Masukkan ayam dan rebus hingga empuk. Angkat dan toskan Siat siatkan daging ayam Tulang tulang ayam dimasukkan ke dalam periuk rebusan Masukkan garam secukup rasa dan biarkan mereneh (mendidih di atas dapur perlahan-lahan) Bila menghidang, masukkan sedikit mihun ke dalam mangkuk Bubuhkan isi ayam, bergedil , daun bawang, daun sup, taugeh dan bawang goreng. Tuangkan kuah soto secukupnya dan bubuhkan sos kicap
