Nasi Bariani Tandori Bahan-bahannya: 2 camca besar minyak sapi 1 biji bawang besar di hiris halus 2 ulas bawang putih di tumbuk 2 helai daun pandan 1 camca teh serbuk kunyit 1 camca besar cili giling 6 ketul peha ayam di buang kulit 800 ml air panas 2 camca teh garam 1 biji limau nipis di ambil air 700 gm (21/2 tin susu) beras basmathi 70 gm dadih Beberapa titik pewarna merah Bahan-bahan di sangai dan di kisar: 1 camca teh halba 3 camca teh ketumbar 11/2 camca teh ketumbar 11/2 camca teh biji sawi Hiasan: Bawang goreng Badam goreng Cara membuatnya: 1.Panaskan minyak sapi.Tumis bawang besar,bawang putih dan daun pandan.Masukan bahan-bahan yang di kisar,serbuk kunyit dan cili.Kacau hingga terbit minyak. 2.Masukan ayam dan kacau sekali-sekala 5 - 6 minit. 3.Masukan air panas,garam dan air limau.Apabila mengelegak,masukan beras.Biar hingga air kuning,masukan dadih dan kacau rata.Titikan pewarna merah beberapa tempat,tutup.Jika suka,boleh di hidangkan bersama bawang goreng dan badam goreng.
