Kaserol Daging Berterung Bahan-bahannya: 2 biji terung bulat,di potong dadu 2 cm 1 camca besar garam 1/4 cawan mentega 200 gm cendawan butang , di hiris 600 gm daging, di potong dadu 3 cm 1 biji bawang besar, di potong dadu 1 ulas bawang putih di tumbuk 4 camca besar tepung gandum 21/2 cawan air panas 2 kiub stok daging 2 tangkai cili hijau di potong kasar 1/2 camca teh serbuk lada sulah 1 camca teh serbuk rempah campuran 2 helai daun limau purut 2 keping roti bakar di kisar halus 1 camca teh mentega Cara membuatnya: 1. Masukan terung ke dalam tapisan,tabur garam dan biarkan 30 minit.Basuh dan sejat. 2.Panaskan 2 camca teh mentega dan goreng cendawan 5 minit,ketepikan.Goreng daging separuh masak dan ketepikan. 3.Panaskan baki mentega.Goreng bawang besar dan bawang putih hingga layu.Masukan tepung dan kacau rata.Tuang air dan masukan kiub stok daging.Kacau hingga pekat. 4.Masukan bahan lain kecuali serbuk roti dan mentega kedalam mangkuk kaserol.Tuang kuah dan kacau perlahan.Tabur serbuk roti dan 1 camca teh mentega.Bakar pada suhu 200 darjah celcius selama 30 minit.
